Many people love to exercise to help care for their health but taking care of yourself is more than just running your daily route.
Stretching before and after exercise decreases pain and keeps your joints moving. Before you work out, stretching helps wake up the muscles you’re planning to use, which will help you ease into the exercise. After working out, stretching is especially important to help cool muscles down. The best stretches are done while moving, aka “Dynamic Stretches.”
